The Young Women's Leadership Institute is among the best places for women in grades 9 to 12 who want to become the leaders of tomorrow.
The highly structured curriculum has young women participate in skill-building workshops and leadership experiences. In the evenings, they can participate in fun activities like low ropes courses, swimming, museum visits, escape rooms, and much more.
High school students will build their leadership skills through presentations, small group exercises, and scenarios with their peers. Throughout the two-week sessions, students will also be able to hear speeches from a diverse set of women leaders from various industries.
The Young Women's Leadership Institute is conducted in partnership with Duke University on the campus of Saint Mary's School. Everything is included for participants who attend from meals to the off-campus activities.
