It’s amazing! Fly down a zipline, learn to sail, take a dip in the pool and so much more.
Since 1995, Sandy Hill has offered one- and two-week action-packed, traditional, residential camp experiences for boys and girls who have completed 2nd through 10th grades on our 643 scenic acres overlooking the Upper Chesapeake Bay in North East, Maryland.
We are family-owned and operated, licensed, and ACA-accredited.
Our program is designed to help each camper learn and grow through a wide variety of fun activities. Campers are supervised by a caring and qualified staff who lead by example to create a safe and nurturing environment.
With 30+ different instructional activities to choose from, campers can truly customize their Sandy Hill experience. Campers have 3 instructional activities each week chosen from the extensive list below. These classes meet daily for 75 minutes, allowing campers to improve their skills under the guidance of skilled and experienced instructors. Campers attending for two weeks will have 3 new activities in their second week, for a total of 6. Classes are assigned based on the date of registration, so be sure to register as early as possible, as spaces are limited in some activities (especially waterskiing and horseback riding).
