Overview
PlanetBravo is currently the largest STEM Summer Camp in Los Angeles, as well as a provider of in-school computer instruction and one-to-one teacher training for technology integration. But it wasn't always that way! Back in 2003 at its creation, PlanetBravo was just one camp. Since then, it has grown to include nearly 40 local schools and recreation centers. We provide day-time classes in several school districts around Los Angeles, as well as special programs such as GATE and a girls club called Code Like a Girl.
From the beginning, PlanetBravo's award-winning summer camp has always been about giving kids a fun, confidence-boosting experience where they can explore and develop new multimedia skills with their friends. Whether it's learning to code, making movies, modding Minecraft, or building robots, our kids are using their summers to do incredible things with technology here at camp.
Our counselors really are the all-stars that make our camps special, and many of them are camper-favorites who have been teaching with us for several years.
We know that learning happens everywhere, so our kids get a healthy balance of time both indoors working on their computers and outdoors playing games.
We believe every child should have access to a quality education, so we work hard to keep our rates as low as possible while maintaining the highest of academic standards.
