International Gymnastics Camp

The International Gymnastic Camp, nestled in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, offers several different programs for young gymnasts ages 7-17 each summer. The traditional program at IGC features an intensive training schedule, including various coached rotations throughout the day with additional training available. The week-long summer programs begin in June and end in July, with camps available for boys and girls.

The recreational program is a more relaxed schedule, with campers spending their morning on gymnastics instruction and training but an afternoon full of recreational programming. All campers get free time for open recreation so everyone can participate in all of the fun! Both tracks are also available as day camps for younger students who might not be ready for an overnight experience but still want to spend their summer training and practicing.

In addition to gymnastics, campers can participate in many fun recreational activities, including going down a giant waterslide, swimming, mini-golf, jet-skiing, and even karaoke!
