Overview
Camp Canaan serves young people ages 5 to 16 from the Charlotte, Fort Mill, and Rock Hill area with daytime and overnight camp experiences of the highest caliber. We annually offer nine consecutive weeks of action-packed summer camps, a fun and festive winter camp, and a backpacking trip in the spring. The adventure never stops!
Overnight Camps | Ages 8-15: Every week, we welcome a new crew of kids, tweens, and teens to The Island for friendship, fun, and faith! Campers are grouped by age to experience exhilarating adventures and personal growth opportunities that aren’t just entertaining: they’re transformative!
Day Camps | Ages 5-13: Campers are divided into two groups: Juniors are 5-8, Seniors are 9-13, and everyone has a blast in the great outdoors, learning new skills, trying new things, and making new friends! Programming changes week to week – register for one session or come all summer!
Teen Camps | Ages 14-16: Teen Camps get kids off the couch and into the great outdoors! In summer, teens ages 14 and 15 engage in one last go-round of classic sleepaway camp, and 16 year olds enjoy the opportunity to serve as leaders through our Counselor in Training program.
