Overview
Writers at Camp Brainy Bunch will participate in challenging activities that work to build a foundation for effective written communication. At Camp Brainy Bunch, we believe that writing is a process and that the best way to become a better writer is to simply write.
Note: Rising 4th-6th graders can also do the Emerging Writers program through Education Unlimited! Enrollment for EU is Now Open!
At Camp Brainy Bunch, we work with young writers to build their communication skills around audience, purpose, and voice. We will explore and consider the words of powerful authors which help to inspire our own pieces. Each camper will be supported with appropriate scafforlds designed by experienced teachers. Advanced campers will be asked to take Editor-In-Chief roles to level up our camp magazine.
