Camp In Catskill, New York

Camp in Fairmont, West Virginia

The camp is located on the outskirts of Fairmont, WV. It sets in approximately 30-35 acres. 

The Perry Lodge sleeps 54 and has a full kitchen, boys’ and girls’ bathrooms with 3 showers in each, and a large front room with couches and other furniture. The Fleming Lodge sleeps 34 and has a kitchen, a large front room with furniture, a bathroom with two toilets, and one shower, all new.

There are separate shower houses for boys and girls, each with three new showers and three toilets. The Elim cabin and Beulah cabin both sleep 10 (all new double bunks and mattresses), one bathroom with one shower, and a small dorm-size kitchen with sink, microwave, and fridge but no stove.

There is a commercial kitchen and dining hall. New dishwasher and stove in the kitchen, and plenty of cookware and dishes. The dining hall will seat about 100. The property includes fold-up tables and chairs and a small shed for storing outdoor gear and activity items.

There is also a Large pole garage, work area, and pavilion with an attached snack bar area and several picnic tables. You will also find four other cabins on the hill that are identical with new bathrooms and showers, with each cabin sleeping 10. 

Horses and other animals can be kept in a barn. There are several hiking trails here, an archery range, and space for plenty of other activities. All of this is included in the 35-acre camp.  

The camp is about 20 minutes from downtown Fairmont and about 15 minutes the opposite way to Grafton. There are also other larger towns nearby called Morgantown and Bridgeport, all of which have medical centers and hospitals. The home in with the camp has a full basement, 2 bedrooms, office, living room, dining room, kitchen, and entry room. It’s located across from Chappel.
