Summers At Southern Overview
Kids can embark on a transformative journey at this overnight camp for boys in grades 6-12, offering four weeks of thrilling adventure and growth in Camp Hill, Alabama. Campers have the flexibility to choose one or multiple weeks of camp based on their preferences and schedule.

NATURE'S WONDERS *Boarding & Day Camp

Summers at Southern Nature’s Wonders Camp is an adventure filled exploration of the Great Outdoors, combining hands-on learning with unforgettable fun. Campers will immerse themselves in the wonders of nature, discovering the secrets of wildlife, ecosystems, and conservation.
SOUTHERN SURVIVAL *Boarding Camp

Our Southern Survival Camp is the ultimate outdoor challenge. This camp is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to teach campers the essential skills to survive and thrive in the wild. This exciting and educational experience combines practical survival techniques with thrilling outdoor adventures, making it the most popular camp at Summers at Southern.
OPERATION LEADERSHIP *Boarding Camp
July 13 – July 26, 2025
This hands-on camp empowers students, known as Pathfinders to the core values and fundamentals of five U.S. military branches: Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, and Space Force.
Through engaging activities, led by the branches themselves, Pathfinders gain insight into potential future careers in service while developing leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. It’s a week designed for curious, motivated students—a launching point for those interested in exploring the path of military service.
