Overview
Science is the world around us, and what better way to learn about our world than to experience it first-hand. Science Camps of America takes science out into the field giving campers the opportunity to experience, learn and do science - hands-on and lots of fun.
The classrooms at Science Camp for Teens are the the forests, mountains, ocean, shores, and volcanoes of Hawaiʻi Island. This summer camp gives teens the opportunity to get outside and do science, to meet scientists, to learn about geology, botany, ecology, marine science, astronomy, space exploration, engineering, and more. Join us for an amazing summer experience at what Condé Nast Traveler named one of the Best Sleepaway Camps in America.
At EARTH Camp, students explore the sciences of islands, continents, oceans, atmosphere, astronomy, space exploration, plants, animals and more. Activities are hands-on and provide fun ways to learn. At this day camp students grow plants, extract DNA, learn about volcanoes, forests, the ocean and the creatures that live in them, learn to solder, build and launch rockets, and learn how we can care for our amazing planet.
