Overview

RDI's overnight Scholars Camp is a transformative camp experience for students ages 13+ packed with daily classes, team dinners, library study sessions, and evening socials. Our camp counselors guide students through their daily schedules, while experiencing modern university dorms and accommodations.

RDI's camp introduces middle schoolers to speech and debate. Students will dive into fascinating topics related to history, government, and social issues to inspire discussion and research. At the end of the week, students compete at our camp tournament, followed by an award ceremony. Teach your child how to speak with conviction, this summer at RDI.

Students will write, present, and respond to both sides of the debate topic, guided by our expert team of mentors and debate teachers.
