Overview
Our goal is to encourage forensic education over the summer and help students get a jump start on the upcoming season. While the camps are primarily targeted towards students who will have had at least one year of forensics experience, novice tracks will be available with sufficient demand. Students will work with some of the top forensics minds in the country throughout the week on topic selection, research, outlining, manuscript writing, editing, and performance.
All camps will have a maximum of 15 students with 2 lab leaders for a 7.5:1 faculty to student ratio.
The goal for all camps is to prepare a tournament ready event by Thursday afternoon. Students will work closely with lab leaders for lectures, labs, guest lectures, and direct one-on-one coaching.
NOF will then feature a private online tournament for all students on Friday. Bringing in experienced judges, students will receive extensive feedback. Top students will receive awards for their performance.
