Overview

Located in the Ozarks and founded 100 years ago, Kanakuk operates as a fun-filled summer camp that specializes in developing Biblical knowledge and athletics, empowering kids to greater courage, confidence, and character. With over 70 activities on-site, we empower Kampers through providing opportunities based on their interests. We believe in the power of mentorship and developing courage through fun-filled activities, giving Kampers a truly transformative summer camp experience.

Equipping Next Generation Leaders is more than our mission, it is our heartbeat. Since 1926, Kanakuk has welcomed over 450,000 Kampers from across the country and around the world, equipping them with leadership skills and Biblical truths to impact their schools and communities as examples of Jesus Christ.

Kanakuk’s Overnight Kamps provide life-changing experiences for kids, combining faith, sports, and adventure for the best summer ever! With programs designed for specific age groups, ranging from 1 - 4 weeks, each Kamp offers its own unique focus—some emphasizing athletics, others on discipleship. While each Kamp has a different feel, all are grounded in spiritual growth and leadership, helping kids unplug, build confidence, and deepen their relationships with God and others.
