Camp YI

Overview

Camp Youth Incorporated has been building the leaders of tomorrow since 1945! Camp YI is a youth overnight summer camp for ages 8-14 held in June and July of each year located on a peninsula of Percy Priest Lake in LaVergne, Tennessee. We offer a variety of outdoor experiences for young campers, including water sports, horseback riding, climbing, swimming & so much more! Our summer camp programs focus on building leadership skills, teamwork, and environmental stewardship, along with a sense of community so that our campers can build lasting friendships. Camp Y.I. is situated on a peninsula overlooking Percy Priest Lake. Our 175 acres provides an outdoor playground for campers grades 2 - 10 and Counselors-In-Training entering grade 11 and 12. We provide opportunities to build self-confidence and independence in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Campers will stay overnight one week or two weeks participating in a variety of activities such as horseback riding, fun on the lake, waterskiing, kneeboarding, tubing, canoeing, swimming in our pool, ropes courses, climbing tower, arts and crafts, outdoor living skills, and so much more!
